The program is very educational, factual and excellent. Likewise, the trainer is impressive and very knowledgeable in giving information to us, trainees. I love Mr. Shashi Parkash. Ms. Zeba Fatima was my Counsellor during LSSGB Course. Although I had been bothering her persistently for seeking advice, yet she listened to me carefully and provided me the necessary guidance, which helped me in knowing the process of login to the system, accessing to the study material and examination guide. I am really very thankful to her for listening me patiently and guiding me at each step.

A wonderful teacher par excellence and the support from the team to coordinate and prepare for the exam is commendable as well. Ms. Surbhi Tiwari. Through every step, she has guided me correctly. Previously I was not in favour of online classes as I thought that in online sessions interaction between the trainer and class is much less. But after attending this session my thoughts changed about online classes. The Class sessions were very interactive and helpful. Training material with industrial practical problem examples helped me to understand. Trainer's presentation style with a lot of opportunities to ask questions made these sessions really attractive. My counsellor Miss. Zeba helped me a lot from starting my journey to Six sigma course through proper guidance. When it comes to coordination and motivation she is the best.
