Ms. Akther was very detailed in explaining the course. She ensures that everyone understands the topic before proceeding to the next. The counsellor and the Service Team were very accommodating.

The lesson is very enlightening, the reviewers given and study materials provided are very well use. The Program is well packed with lessons which are very understandable. While the trainer is very good in making examples and explaining the key points of each lesson of the program. Rose is very approachable, I easily get responses from her every time there's something that I need to inquire for. The service team is an ace for me, as she is assisting me with the program and activities like the exams in which I was delayed because of my heavy workload.

It was an enriching experience with IMC's Lean six sigma black belt course. The training was executed very professionally, it allowed open discussion with practical examples by trainer Rohit Virmani... which made it easier to successfully complete the Lean Six Sigma Black belt at the first attempt. The program is designed in such a streamlined structure which makes it easy and relatable for beginners who are new to the six sigma journey. Mr Shashi explained the concepts in relation to real business problems and case studies. I am happy to take this decision with IMC and Mr Shashi for my skill development. Ms Ashmeen Kaur had really helped me all the way whether it's access to recordings and exam support in form of sample papers to check my preparation level. She had a great contribution.
