Excellent program, and very informative. I have participated in other LSSGB training programs before but this is the first time it actually made sense to me. The program and trainer is good. And Michelle has been extremely helpful and prompt in assisting. From ensuring all participants get up to date information to acknowledging and accommodating any last minute issues. Overall IMC staff is helpful and professional.
