I would like to say the program was excellent and also the trainer Mr. Pankaj Chauhan handled the doubts very well and cleared them. My counsellor is Miss Nanka. I would like to appreciate her she cleared all my doubts regarding the program six sigma and all. The service team has been fantastic.

The e-learning mode of training is very convenient, and very cost effective. It is suitable for those who do not have a fixed schedule. IMC's program is the fastest and easiest way to be certified in Lean six Sigma. The Master Black Belt Program has helped me become more adept in the methodologies of and the tools for lean six sigma; and I am now more confident in doing projects that would surely help my clients in ensuring that they maximize resources; prevent and control losses and variations; and ensuring that wastes, resource leaks, and risks are managed. I am also now confident in teaching and mentoring people new to the art and science of Lean six Sigma. The trainer is obviously an expert in the field particularly in the tools needed for Lean Six Sigma. My counsellor, Kritika who has been my counsellor when I was taking my Black belt course, is a very accommodating and helpful counsellor. Her patience and assistance is praiseworthy.

It was a great experience with Ms. Sampada she helped me in various stages of the programme in a short period of time and reminded me about the ongoing classes as well as the exam dates properly. If there is any problem regarding with service section she is willing to help at any time and is directly connected with the service team. I am happy with the way the service team provided the programme. Regarding, the trainer Dr. Debasish, he's a good instructor with deep information about the lean six sigma course, he has a good way of explaining the lectures, and I learned from him a lot. Mr. Vijil is a very professional counsellor and has great communication skills, problem solving, and management skills. I appreciated his support even on his vacation he was answering my inquiries and solving them, and the way dealing with the clients is great. Good team! Has good communication skills and well organized team.
