Ms. Michelle is very responsive to any inquiries about the course and very accommodating. The service team responses are fast and it will not take long. The program helps me understand the principles of Lean and Six Sigma and how to apply these principles in our organization. The trainer in our batch for the Green Belt Lean Six Sigma is very good at teaching us the principles as well as giving us a real-life example that might help us in our future projects within our organization.
