The quality of the program is 5 over 5 for me. It met my training needs in the subject area. The information given by the trainer directly relates to my current work. The counsellor helps me to enhance my skill in the subject area by giving quality training. The assistance given by the Service Team is superb. They will constantly check your progress and will offer assistance if needed.

The design of the program is really good which made learning easy. I have taken training from Mr. Shashi and Mr. Debasish they have been the best trainer. They have been the best in knowledge sharing. Thank you so much for providing the best training. When I joined Nong Poirei was my 1st counsellor, he provided the best support until he was in the system. Then Suryansh Kaushik took over and he was the best at providing support when required. The most common in both the counsellor is giving motivation and being very active in responding to calls or messages. They never failed to answer or reply to my queries or support. I can only marvel at the military-grade program given to us by a well-equipped trainer throughout our Six Sigma journey. There might have been a lot of quizzes and projects, but those really helped us understand the processes even more through scenario-based training- which was very effective for a kinesthetic learner like me. Rose Ann de Luna is really amazing. I have been inquiring so many times that I couldn't possibly count them all on my fingers, and she never gave up on sharing the best option for me. If she had not been my counsellor, I wouldn't get the chance to be encouraged even more in taking this master class. Thank you is an understatement for all the help she gave me. I can never thank you enough the service team for their passion to help us become more equipped and tailored to our leadership roles and to the career growth we've set ahead of us. Your swift responses to our queries are compelling and we didn't have to do anything else after asking a question because help is always provided in no time- always on the way to address our needs.
