The program helps me understand the principles of Lean and Six Sigma and how to apply these principles in our organization. The trainer in our batch for the Green Belt Lean Six Sigma is very good at teaching us the principles as well as giving us a real-life example that might help us in our future projects within our organization. My counselor is Ms. Rose, she is quick to respond to my queries and request regarding the issues I encounter in the program (e.g. schedule and exam).

Thank you for your wisdom, experience and personable presentation. It was a great experience with Ms. Sampada she helped me in various stages of the programme in a short period of time, and reminded me about the ongoing classes as well as the exam dates properly. If there is any problem regarding with service section she is willing to help at any time and directly connected with the service team. I am happy with the way the service team provided the programme. I am satisfied with the service manager and counsellor especially, Shashi prakash class was excellent The way he presented the whole programme was fabulous.

Excellent program and trainer. Rose Ann de Luna is very accommodating, nice, and most especially she rendered the fastest and best quality service beyond my expectations as my counselor. She is an excellent counselor and I recommend her for that.

Zeba was very easy to talk to and gave me space to do sessions in the way that worked best for me and I came out of them feeling refreshed and motivated despite of my busy schedule. I would definitely recommend Zeba to anyone looking to work through things in this course, she was kind, thoughtful and always reliable even when I was a bit awkward about finding times that suited my schedule. Service team is swift. It's always a thumbs up for a very fast and accurate service.

Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. It is definitely a very fruitful journey - one that is beyond what I expected before I took this course with IMC. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer.
