The professional program supported me with the knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and made me qualified to participate in six sigma projects as a Professional yellow belt. The program with IMC was excellent. It was well-rounded and was full of information. Online self-learning was very helpful to me since I have a very busy schedule due to this pandemic and completion of my master’s degree. The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next. Kudos to IMC for making these classes available to everyone regardless where you are in the world. Farhan is very reliable and approachable. He is very hands on when he attends to my queries and is always available for discussion when necessary.

The program was well-organized from start until the conclusion – the flow was clear, the instructor and the activities were engaging, the examples provided were relevant to the topics, and the pre-recorded materials and e-copies of the modules were also of great aid while taking the course. It’s nice to note that although the overall module was advanced in level, Ms. Jakther, our instructor, made it easy for us to process and digest with her clear discussions, and by providing real-life scenarios relevant to the discussion and related to our respective fields. With Ms. Jakther’s background, credentials, and dedication as a trainer, she is the perfect instructor for this course.
