I was so grateful that I took this opportunity to enroll for LSSGB, because I'm able to understand more the importance of six sigma applications to all industries, the quality and customer satisfaction . I am thankful for the trainers for always doing their best to deliver the lessons and giving situations for us to understand the lessons more. And also trainers always try to make everyone involved in the discussion. I will keep striving to learn more about this and hopefully, I am able to apply it to my future jobs and companies. The entire program and training are very encouraging and suitable for the anyone who takes it. Suggestion to have a simple exam on every trainer. The counsellor, Rose, is very accommodating and can be easily reached.
