I liked the system outlined and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques. I learned and enjoyed every minute. Thanks to IMC for a wonderful learning experience as well as my mentor Mam Zeba, for always being approachable and helpful.

It was a great program. Mr. Shashi is a knowledgeable expert on LEAN SIX SIGMA and explains all concepts in a manner it becomes easy to understand. I was so grateful that I took this opportunity to enroll for LSSGB, because I'm able to understand more the importance of six sigma applications to all industries, the quality and customer satisfaction . I am thankful for the trainers for always doing their best to deliver the lessons and giving situations for us to understand the lessons more. And also trainers always try to make everyone involved in the discussion. I will keep striving to learn more about this and hopefully, I am able to apply it to my future jobs and companies. I am thankful to Miss Rose Ann de Luna, for always there to answer all my queries regarding my course and for also assisting my needs while taking the course.

Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. The counsellor was really helpful and guided me well about the program. The service team was excellent, they've always provided prompt responses whenever asked anything by email. I would definitely recommend IMC to my colleague to pursue Six Sigma or other courses. Thanks!!
