I had recently enrolled for Lean Six Sigma course at IMC. It was really an amazing professional learning experience . The trainer Akther Khan way of teaching was excellent and the examples/exercises she gave us were really helpful in understanding each and every topic of the curriculum. The course content got well covered and she demonstrated the concepts very well. Thanks for such informative and concept-clearing training sessions. And the counsellor Dhanush Aji was extremely helpful and coordinated very well. He handled all the formalities very smoothly. Thank you! CLSSGB program had a very detailed discussion on every aspect of the DMAIC. Though I availed the virtual, self-paced program, it was like I am also in an online class, since the uploaded video was a recorded actual online class. Rose is very persistent with offering the course to prospective clients that this persistence of hers made me decide to enroll with IMC. She had also made a follow-up regarding my status with the course, seeing to it that I will be able to finish it on time. Thanks, Rose for the assistance.

The valuable time and effort given during the training session by Mr Shashi Prakash was helping me to deepen my understanding and be conclusive that I will follow the learning until become a certified black belt. I want to assure my trainer that my field of construction engineering will positively change because of my knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma. Michelle was a great counsellor throughout my training period, giving her time to make sure I keep on track and stay informed all the time. I appreciate such industrious personality with high level of professionalism. The IMC service team remains a top-notch in the provision of quality service to the customer/trainees.
