Mr. Shashi Prakash can teach anyone in an easy-to-understand manner he really makes sure you understand a concept before moving on to the next lesson. Ms. Michelle is very responsive to any inquiries about the course and very accommodating. The service team responses are fast and it will not take long. They are really concerned about you finishing the course.

She is the one who motivated me to go for the completetion and also she is the one who helped me to get more knowledge in this program this PMP session was not in my list but after i talked to surbhi i found out its benefits so yes again i will say she is the best.

The trainer is very competent and patient particularly with trainees without Six Sigma background. He has taken steps to ensure that everyone understands from the basic concepts to application and practices. He has made himself accessible even outside training hours and has made the program and certification enjoyable and worthwhile. Kritika has been valuable from the moment I inquired about the program all throughout the training period, certification and even post certification. She is accessible and made herself available to answer my queries and concerns even though I took the program in December. Her guidance is an important aspect in my successful GB certification.

The training was interactive and very detailed. Everything that you need to learn about Six Sigma Green Belt is provided. The program was intense and quite difficult but very well handled and delivered by the trainer Professional and very helpful as always.
