The program, as well as the trainer, have assisted me in better understanding how Lean Six Sigma works. Congratulations, and kudos to the entire team for their efforts. Mr. Shashi was explained clearly and examples were provided to be understood easily. Ms. Zeba always acts promptly to provide needed assistance. Ms. Frixie always provide assistance for what I needed and promptly responded to queries.

Lesson is too long and slow. Could have been better if compressed in 1 or 2 hours maximum but the institution’s customer service and guidance is excellent!

My overall feedback on the program is good, the customer support is always guiding you regarding the program, however, I hope they will make a sample test like a simulation test same with the actual PMP exam for us to master the question and be more prepared. The trainer is good he always answers and explained well whenever you had questions and I hope next time the class will be earlier. Thank you!
