His excellent guidance throughout the course help to achieve this LSSBB certificate. Ms. Michelle is always very helpful and gives motivation throughout the course.

Learning in the time of pandemic and self-development is necessary for us to be trained and be exposed in applying six sigma methodology to eliminate defects and lean management skills to achieve optimum utilization of resources and attain maximum profits. This doesn't only help me in my role as an operations manager but will help me understand the world, its people, and everything else that exists.

The trainer has great knowledge and experience. Everything is great the way he teaches and explains the concepts with real-life examples is exceptional. The program can be a little more challenging.
