He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. This program is a unique blend of concept building to the applicability of Six sigma in the corporate world. Our trainer was amazing who has in-depth knowledge and was eager and ready to clear up our real-life corporate problems.
