The program was excellent and very much useful to set the base for to lean approach and the trainer was fantastic ensuring all are very much involved and getting understanding of the subject. Surbhi was exceptional in ensuring we are informed about all the activities on time. The Service Team provided all the necessary login information and support as and when required.

Mr. Shashi was very knowledgeable and clear when discussing the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. It was a great opportunity to learn from the best. Thank you for the knowledge you have given me. Mr. Shashi Prakash explains the LSSBB in easy way and I learn a lot. I hope to take Master black belt with him in future. Sofia and Michelle helped me a lot. they answered my emails and calls and do best to understand my problem. Part of my success because of them.

I have enjoyed and definitely learned a lot from the set of course program and the flow of each lessons being tackled by the trainers. I can't wait to apply all of the learnings I got from Lean Six Sigma to my actual responsibilities at my workplace. Rose is very very accommodating and answers my queries with clarity and confidence. Initially I could not find time to attend classes, by as my Counsellor correctly pointed out by my counsellor Mr. Shashi's, style of teaching, practical examples, professional practical approach provided in during the sessions was great learning experience. Overall SSBB training program is very good study material and instructor are excellent. Faizan and later Ms. Shaza were my consullers bother are nice and professional.
