Excellent teaching technique and clearly defines each example and lesson. The Counsellor is an excellent communicator and is prompt with any request or concerns that I have. The Service Team is excellent.

The training was interactive and very detailed. Everything that you need to learn about Six Sigma Green Belt is provided. The trainer makes sure that we understand each topic before moving on to the next part. I would very much recommend this institute to my colleagues. Very good instructor. He has 30 years of experience which is very visible when he talks. His sessions are full of lessons from his experience. He only needs to better concentrate on calculations. A very professional and good trainer gives practical examples. However, in the exam, there were quite many topics not covered during the lectures and in some cases, different terminology was used in the exam vs the trainer, so it is very clear, that additional sources need to be studied besides the notes from Mr. Shashi Prakash. Very professional, responsive and caring counsellor, only the best feedback for Ms. Amina Sana.
