The aspect that I liked the most are the examples and scenarios used to illustrate the tools and system (MiniTab)The trainer is really competent and manages to explain the concept quite easily. it is also good to know that the trainer is available for the students. Everything was perfect. i really appreciate sofia, always available, responds quickly, patient. I am completely satisfied with his professionalism and his customer care.

Program was very well designed for all hierarchies whether it's a fresher, intermediate or an expert. Ms. Akhter is a wonderful trainer. She listens to each and every query of students and gives maximum real time examples to clarify doubts. My heartful thanks to her. Excellent delivery and style of teaching. The trainers command over the topics is very good and the way he handles all queries during and after the classes is admirable. The program provides the overview and significant topics regarding Lean Six Sigma. The trainer is very professional, informative and diligently answered students' questions.
