Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. The service team, along with Mr Shashi and Michelle, provides service on a very high level based on my experience. They do not allow my concerns to be left unattended for more than 30 minutes, which is extremely delightful on my part.

The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next. Kudos to IMC for making these classes available to everyone regardless where you are in the world. Farhan is very reliable and approachable. He is very hands on when he attends to my queries and is always available for discussion when necessary.

The program and training material was comprehensive and well organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi was excellent in his field. Ms. Farheen Lodhi is a brilliant counsellor. She can encourage and instil hope in the client. She was very supportive throughout my training session. The service team was good and impulsive. I didn't feel any delay from the very beginning to the end of the program.

He met our expectations and had given us all the requested information and knowledge which will be our base for further belts. Zeba is good and cooperative.

6 sigma program one course I thanks that all top management and employees should have. After this course I realized what happened in most company businesses and how important is the quality. I took this program on flexible online. It was a good experience. I face some challenges but thanks to the support team they are always there for supporting me. The virtual class was great with good quality voice and video. I'm happy to continue my journey for Black belt.
