Lean Six Sigma has been my guiding principle in my engineering and manufacturing profession. I was trained by my mentors 8 years ago with LSS and practiced it then on during my employment. Getting this official certification for LSS Black Belt is an achievement and milestone and forever I will be grateful especially to my IMC Trainer. It was a struggle completing the course as I have job responsibilities and other milestones being started also. But IMC has been supportive and understanding. So after 3 months I am now Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Program is very clear to its objectives and class collaboration has been really effective. I also got my LSS Green Belt certification from IMC, so for me, it is continuous learning from the IMC Team. Farhan and Sofia are very supportive and understanding.

The program provided a great experience to the learners. Although the majority of the sessions were done thru LMS and recorded virtual training, yet it was very comprehensive, insightful, and explained thoroughly for easy understanding. Kudos to Ms. Ayisha for a proactive, engaging, and practical session. It allowed me to participate in the training even though it was recorded. I am grateful to Shaza for actively accommodating all my queries and being with me on my yellow belt journey. Indeed, she's an extra miler, ensuring all my queries even it was weekend or late night due to time difference.

Training Program Feedback: Content Clarity: The training materials were comprehensive, but at times, the content could be quite complex. Providing more real-world examples or practical case studies would have helped to clarify certain concepts. Engagement: While the program content was excellent, there were moments when the delivery felt slightly monotonous. Incorporating more interactive elements or discussions could make the sessions more engaging. Trainer Feedback: Knowledge: The trainer demonstrated a deep understanding of ISO 9000:2015. Their expertise was evident, and they effectively answered questions and provided insights. Communication: The trainer simplified complex concepts for us who are may be new to ISO standards could be beneficial. Engagement: The trainer's passion for the subject matter was apparent, but varying their delivery style, including more interactive exercises In conclusion, I appreciate the effort put into this ISO 9000:2015 training program, and I believe it has significantly improved my understanding of the standard.
