I was so grateful that I took this opportunity to enroll for LSSGB, because I'm able to understand more the importance of six sigma applications to all industries, the quality and customer satisfaction . I am thankful for the trainers for always doing their best to deliver the lessons and giving situations for us to understand the lessons more. And also trainers always try to make everyone involved in the discussion. I will keep striving to learn more about this and hopefully, I am able to apply it to my future jobs and companies. The trainer was great and knows what he is doing. His experience is very good. Would just be better if it's a face-to-face class. Arfa is really great and accommodating. While doing this course, I had lots of things happening both in my personal life and work, and the extensions and accommodations are top-notch!
