Ms. Akther is a well-experienced trainer who explained all the concepts in detail with appropriate examples. This is a perfectly laid out program with work-related scenarios which were easy to understand. Helpful for career growth and development. It is highly recommended. Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge.
