Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise and for the support and guidance. Rose is very responsive to concerns and queries, and timely in providing assistance.

I liked the system outlined in the LSSGB course and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques. The module for the LSSBB is designed nicely and World-Class Delivery of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training. I liked the trainer's knowledge and lots of opportunities to ask questions with real-life examples. Interest Levels were maintained at a high level throughout every session. The program is very educational and informative specially for me as a Finance personnel who handles the planning and budgeting work of my company. The trainer, Miss Akther is very knowledgeable of Lean Six Sigma classes/topics. She give examples that were very easy to understand for someone like me who is first time learning the importance of Lean Six Sigma.
