The trainer is very competent and patient particularly with trainees without Six Sigma background. He has taken steps to ensure that everyone understands from the basic concepts to application and practices. He has made himself accessible even outside training hours and has made the program and certification enjoyable and worthwhile. Kritika has been valuable from the moment I inquired about the program all throughout the training period, certification and even post certification. She is accessible and made herself available to answer my queries and concerns even though I took the program in December. Her guidance is an important aspect in my successful GB certification.

Training session was excellent providing deep insights to the course with real life examples and methods. Zeba has been exceptionally cooperative and helpful. She's always available to your needs and never misses to solve any of your problems. I'm glad to have pursued the run through of the course and constant support from her. Looking forward to next journey with her through Green Belt.

Lean Six Sigma has been my guiding principle in my engineering and manufacturing profession. I was trained by my mentors 8 years ago with LSS and practiced it then on during my employment. Getting this official certification for LSS Black Belt is an achievement and milestone and forever I will be grateful especially to my IMC Trainer. It was a struggle completing the course as I have job responsibilities and other milestones being started also. But IMC has been supportive and understanding. So after 3 months I am now Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Program is very clear to its objectives and class collaboration has been really effective. I also got my LSS Green Belt certification from IMC, so for me, it is continuous learning from the IMC Team. Farhan and Sofia are very supportive and understanding.

Mr. Shahshi is a great trainer, covered a lot of ground which i might have raised if i had gone live with the class , coordinator is very helpful too. Thanks everyone for their support. Have been insisted to go ahead with this course by Kritika who is a great counsellor, now I don't regret :) . Sofia is very helpful too.

Mr. Shashi was a very knowledgeable and engaging instructor. He explained all the topics well and shared/provided different practical scenarios to be easily understood by the trainee.
