Mr. Shashi has been extremely professional & explained all concepts in clear & simple manner. He was very approachable and paced his classes to the level of the absolute inexperienced candidates. The program was excellent and very much useful to set the base for to lean approach and the trainer was fantastic ensuring all are very much involved and getting understanding of the subject.
