Mr Shashi is very detailed and never leaves a topic until everyone in the class understands the topic. Im truly impressed by his expertise on the lessons. I also genuinely enjoyed each class as he relates the ideas in the simplest examples to which we can relate and understand. The LSSGB program is really informative and useful for all kinds of industries. Rose has been the best support I can ever ask for. From enrollment up to the day I passes the exam. She's readily available to answer all my queries despite the difference in our time zones.

Though I availed the virtual, self-paced program, it was like I am also in an online class, since the uploaded video was a recorded actual online class. First of all, I want to thank IMC for the self-paced training in Green Belt Six Sigma. This training helps me to improve my critical and problem-solving skills. This kind of training helps a lot in solving problems and conducting process improvement in a more efficient way. It also helps to boost your confidence in improvement processes. One thing I really like about this training is that you can go back to your previous module and study again whenever you forget some details.

The training was absolutely worthy to gain in depth knowledge on the statistical approach to problem solving.
