The Trainer (PC) is an effective communicator who excels in interpersonal relationship. He always asks if we have questions or if there are things he have to clarify for us. The program helps me understand the principles of Lean and Six Sigma and how to apply these principles in our organization. The trainer in our batch for the Green Belt Lean Six Sigma is very good at teaching us the principles as well as giving us a real-life example that might help us in our future projects within our organization. My counselor is Ms. Rose, she is quick to respond to my queries and request regarding the issues I encounter in the program (e.g. schedule and exam).

I really enjoyed the course. It was very interesting and useful. I will take away lots of things that I can quickly and easily apply. The counsellor is so professional and skilled. He seemed to really understand and help me to achieve my goals. His advice and way of communicating has been really helpful.

I am satisfied with the program for it was full of information necessary to equip us with the LSS principles. The course/lectures were clear and provided us with videos and other materials that helped/guided us throughout the whole duration of the course from simple to complex ones which is also a good thing. During the course, many real-life scenarios were given for us to better understand and relate to each topic and then apply these in our daily lives- may it be at work or personally. Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable in his field and knows what he is doing and talking about. He makes things that seem complicated to us be simple and relatable. He was also very engaging which can also boost your interest as the class went on. He was very patient as well in answering all questions and making sure no one is left in doubt. Glad I pursued and I am grateful for this opportunity. Hope I can take Greenbelt soon! Counselors were very accommodating and just one chat away. They made sure all my concerns were attended to and acted right away.
