The sessions were engaging and exciting. More like a workout session than classroom training. Trainer coached using real Life examples we were able to relate to. Uzma was very helpful and followed up till execution. Appreciate everyone's support and assistance.

The training program is particularly good and valuable for us as we must keep ourselves updated about newer technologies in the field. The faculty was really very corporative and have learned alot. The program is well-tailored especially for people with no exposure/basic knowledge of Green Belt Lean Six Sigma. I am grateful for the knowledge and inspiration that the trainer provided during the program run. Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily.
