The program is easy to understand and very useful in real-life applications. It is well-organized and covers all aspects of lean six sigma. The trainer, Mr Pankaj, is very knowledgeable in his subject area and very generous in sharing his knowledge and skills. The lecture is interesting and effective. Ms Rose is very helpful, polite, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She is very patient in addressing concerns even during program inquiries. Overall, the IMC Team is polite and good to deal with.

I'm glad that I had enrolled in this Lean Six Sigma e-learning Training program held by IMC Institute. I had just completed the LSSYB yet I already gained a lot on the basics and fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma (thanks for their trainer who are very knowledgeable in this field). There are two more courses to go - the LSSGB and LSSBB. My suggestion is that you may want to consider to split your long training videos into more shorter ones (like for example, per topic basis). This way the learners who wish to replay the specific topic for review, he/she can easily find it. Also, I would like to promote this course for those individuals and/or professionals out there who wish to learn Lean Six Sigma and become a practitioner or certified in this field, then I would recommend IMC Institute for you. Enroll now while they are still offering a discount and you will surely gain a lot of learnings from them. As to my counsellor Mr. Vaibhav, I'm so grateful for his kind assistance and his sense of professionalism in handling concerns and inquiries. He always find time to assist me in all of those. And we have a long way to go as there are two more courses that I need to complete yet and I think I will bother him a lot in the future. So I hope he wont get tired in assisting me in the future. The training provided by the institute was excellent. I got in-depth knowledge about the topics. The content was excellent with a lot of practical examples which made the course more informative.

The overall context of the course is well structured. Trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash having more cognizance and the directive of his explication is more germane than any other trainer. His excellent guidance throughout the course help to achieve this LSSBB certificate. Ms. Michelle is always very helpful and gives motivation throughout the course.

Shashi is top notch! Friendly, very smart and he made these complex topics simple by giving sequential steps to solve them. His teachings were not based on any kind of exam pattern but simply trained us to handle any kind of question thrown to us. Every phase had a test and that would give a clarity about our understanding about the topic. He stresses on getting our fundamentals clear and motivates you to read more and more on the topic. Apart from the course material, many many pdfs, excel, project learning were provided by him. Thanks to many practice sheets he has designed for us, which further helped to convert the theory understanding to practical application.
