The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!

The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Very useful course. The trainer is good one. Trainer is enthusiastic to teach and draw explanations on slides. She allows time for discussions and easily clarifies all the points. All counsellors in IMC are amazing. They are available 24/7 and they are really sincere in helping and guiding. They are actually the reason for which I subscribed with IMC.
