I am very satisfied with the program and trainer. Miss Akhter taught us very well and with clarity of mind. All questions and queries were answered by her in detail. Miss Farheen Lodhi was a very empathetic and good counsellor. She helped me and guided me very well about the course and later carried on the course. I had some problems in payments that she resolved that's why I was able to carry on the course. I was not in contact with the service team directly but surely they were on the back end who resolved all problems and helped me get it done. I am surely very much satisfied with the service team.

Although the course was interesting and informative but believe you mean that the exam was not very easy to clear. But the teaching method of the trainer and the understanding method of the trainee can make the result successful.

I never in my wildest dream thought I will be certified but now thanks to IMC. I'm a proud certified lean six sigma Master Black Belt truly its a priceless experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life . I'm very much happy for this learning experience I'm glad I invested this for my future. I also want to give my thanks to my friends, colleagues and specially my family and my loving wife who supported me and motivate me in this journey. My counselor Rose de Luna, she was very much accommodating when ever I need her I'm very much glad she was my counselor.

LSSBB, Mr. Debasish, The Trainer was excellent, well informed, engaging, patient, in explaining his previous experience, teaching the programs, step by step. The programs is well prepared, organized and systematic. The methodologies are simple and easy to understand. So, I wish IMC continuous success in providing quality education. Miss ZEBA, and Miss Frexie are very friendly and supportive. Always send me information, schedule of the class, sending reminders, ahead of time. my grade to my councilors are EXCELLENT. Service Team are very friendly, i did not encounter difficulties, the service team will provide you what ever you requested as per the programs.

The program was great as it equip us with the necessary knowledge that we need to prepare us in PMP Exam from PMI. Furthermore, I would like to say thank you to our facilitator/ trainer Mr. Fasi Haider for sharing with us his professional as well as personal experience in project management. All of the examples that he gave during our live sessions in the entire 35 hours gave us the feeling as if we were the ones who manage a big project. Again thank you very much Mr. Haider.
