Mr Shashi is very detailed and never leaves a topic until everyone in the class understands the topic. Im truly impressed by his expertise on the lessons. I also genuinely enjoyed each class as he relates the ideas in the simplest examples to which we can relate and understand. The LSSGB program is really informative and useful for all kinds of industries. Rose has been the best support I can ever ask for. From enrollment up to the day I passes the exam. She's readily available to answer all my queries despite the difference in our time zones.

Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. The trainings were easy to understand, informative. This is the most worth it class that I took. Counsellors are helpful and would lead to succeeding in trainings.

I struggled somehow due to the language barrier, as the Indian facilitator paid a little more attention to their local attendees. Gladly, I was shared other recordings and further materials which I was able to maximize. Thank you for the consideration, IMC! Faizan has been in contract throughout the entire journey, and had been very supportive of all my questions and concerns. He is a delight to work with.

The content was comprehensive and informative, covering all the necessary topics in detail. The assignments were challenging but manageable. The trainer was engaging and enthusiastic, keeping us motivated and focused. The Counsellor was very attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my situation. He provided me with excellent guidance and practical advice about the course.
