The virtual recording by Mr Shashi Prakash was excellent. I did not feel sleepy for the course of 3 hours and was very much. Zeba is helpful from the start and was very accommodating to my complex schedule. The service Team responds immediately.

The program and trainer is good. And Michelle has been extremely helpful and prompt in assisting. From ensuring all participants get up to date information to acknowledging and accommodating any last minute issues. Overall IMC staff is helpful and professional.

The program was superb and everything is properly defined and provided by the institute. Mr. Shashi is the master and he knows how to deliver the thing fluently. Mr. Shashi is a very knowledgeable and engaging instructor. He explained all the topics well and shared/provided different practical scenarios to be easily understood by the trainee. Lean Six Sigma training is really useful for us to infect it's a life changing and depth understanding program. Mr Shashi was a great teacher! Really kept us intrigued by the content and explained things in a way that was easy to digest. I think the overall delivery of the class was great with very relevant real life illustrations used to help bridge theory to reality so thank you team IMC for supporting!
