Dr. Said is a very thoughtful trainer who puts a lot of thought into how present the coerce his lessons were engaging and useful, and he was very patient with everyone. I had an amazing experience during training. I learned a lot of new concepts and ideas that I can utilize in handling my team and aid in improving the processes that we have in place. Rohit was able to explain the concepts in an understandable manner. The customer support team was very responsive and was able to provide the training materials that I need.

The Program nearly covered all areas as what came in the test, Id says nearly 98% of data was covered. The Trainer on the other hand was really amazing, he made the course easy to learn. Highly Recommended. Mr. Fasih the counsellor was really amazing throughout the process he really helped in each stage of the process and helped where ever I had difficulty. He is really a must. Kudos to the IMC team for such an amazing course, this really helped me not only to learn more about Quality but also to improve my Mind Quality as well by changing the way I viewed subjects and objects and how I can increase the quality and or performance in those.

Lean Six Sigma has been my guiding principle in my engineering and manufacturing profession. I was trained by my mentors 8 years ago with LSS and practiced it then on during my employment. Getting this official certification for LSS Black Belt is an achievement and milestone and forever I will be grateful especially to my IMC Trainer. It was a struggle completing the course as I have job responsibilities and other milestones being started also. But IMC has been supportive and understanding. So after 3 months I am now Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Program is very clear to its objectives and class collaboration has been really effective. I also got my LSS Green Belt certification from IMC, so for me, it is continuous learning from the IMC Team. Farhan and Sofia are very supportive and understanding.
