This was really a great opportunity and experience. The course content was very precise and covered everything in details. The trainer was excellent with great communication skills and was really prompt in clearing all the doubts and confusions. Special thanks for Mr. Shashi. Rose provided excellent service. Mr Shashi is very well versed in Six Sigma and was able to explain clearly the concepts. He is able to maximize technology to teach Black Belt even though the session is remore. Rose is very accommodating. She helped me through the process and answered my questions. Though there are times her replies are delayed, probably due to timezone differences and she is more active in wechat or whatsapp than in viber. Thank you Service Team for promptly addressing my concern and even giving me a call to resolve my issue. You guys are so proactive!

Overall, a really great experience. I learnt a lot from Mr. Shashi and this course about project management which I feel will truly help me in all my future endeavours. The diverse range of resources provided throughout the course was really fun to study and gave me a thorough understanding of everything. Highly recommend! Ms. Surbhi has been the most kind and helpful person to me throughout this program. She helped resolve all my doubts and problems during this period and was available 24/7 to guide me. A great counsellor and any student would be lucky and grateful (just like me) to obtain her guidance during this program.

Abhishek Kumar was a great trainer, Friendly, resourceful and engaging. He mad the session very inviting and interactive. Kumar was very patient with me as a candidate with no statistical background . The session was customized to suit my field of work . Appreciate his effort and willing to take another session with him in the future. Zeba Fathima is such a dependable person . She is approachable and really professional; available with answers for all my calls, messages and emails at any time. She was so focused at her work and diligent; at the beginning she explained to me the best belt that matches my current career and she coordinated with the trainers so I got the most convenient timing for the sessions. She had explained the assessment method and provided me with all the necessary handouts. She was of great assistance and she has contributed a lot to make the entire experience fruitful.

Our trainer was amazing! He makes sure we are able to comprehend and interpret the principles of Lean Six Sigma. He was clear and spot on with our discussions and problem solving exercises. The program is interactive and engaging. Excellent training!!! Quick to response at any given time, always polite and kind.
