Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Learning the Lean Six Sigma methodology is not an easy feat yet with the help of the well organized and simplified training materials, handbooks, trainer notes, simulations, case studies and training videos provided by IMC Institute Consultancy Services to their students make the learning process easier and exciting for each belt. I attended the Virtual Classroom Training of Mr. Shashi. I really appreciate the flexibility of having the virtual classroom option open. It took me a while to find IMC and really grateful for Ms. Rose De Luna as she answered many of my questions when I decided to invest in my personal learning through this course. The IMC Team has been very responsive in answering my queries. The online platform is also great - In the virtual classroom setup, I have access not only to 1 class but multiple classes, (pre-recorded from start to finish). All materials were also shared up-front which assisted my learning regardless of timezone.
