Lesson is too long and slow. Could have been better if compressed in 1 or 2 hours maximum but the institution’s customer service and guidance is excellent!

I have used the video recording and the material which your executive shared, those were very comprehensive and detailed for enhancing my knowledge. I attended the LSSBB training by Rahul which was very helpful. The counsellor Shaza was excellent and very helpful in helping me solve all the questions and challenges.

Mr. Pankaj discussed the entire program clearly and was easy to understand. The real world application of the samples made the discussion more interesting and easier to understand and appreciate no matter the industry you come from. The service team is very approachable and has a sense of urgency. They explained the flow of the program very well.

I was happy with the experience, because I had all the help I need for using the platform and I also found the site very easy to understand. It is very informative, I thank Ms. Sofia and Mr. Farhann as well on assisting me on my journey they are very professional. It's great value for money. I attended the Virtual Classroom Training of Mr. Shashi. I really appreciate the flexibility of having the virtual classroom option open. It took me a while to find IMC and really grateful for Ms. Rose De Luna as she answered many of my questions when I decided to invest in my personal learning through this course. The IMC Team has been very responsive in answering my queries. The online platform is also great - In the virtual classroom setup, I have access not only to 1 class but multiple classes, (pre-recorded from start to finish). All materials were also shared up-front which assisted my learning regardless of timezone. As a working professional, this is really flexible :) I could finish this course thanks to the IMC team that reached out and gave me the nudge I needed. I was swamped at work and lost the motivation to keep going, but the way I receive little reminders via email, really put me back on track. The IMC team has been very responsive to my queries. Overall, great experience!
