I Thank the trainer for a great course. His presentation style is great with lots of opportunities to ask questions. He used the appropriate word to explain the concepts clearly. I appreciate Michelle for always listening to my questions and making me feel comfortable even though it was my first time doing a certification. I love Mr. Shashi Parkash. Ms. Zeba Fatima was my Counsellor during LSSGB Course. Although I had been bothering her persistently for seeking advice, yet she listened to me carefully and provided me the necessary guidance, which helped me in knowing the process of login to the system, accessing to the study material and examination guide. I am really very thankful to her for listening me patiently and guiding me at each step.

The Trainer always encourages participation, and ensures that participants understood the discussion. This is a program for aspiring individuals who wish to contribute in process improvement for their company, by applying the methodologies and strategies derived from the lean six sigma principles. My counsellor has been very helpful in my journey to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. She assisted me all the way, and was very patient and understanding in addressing all my concerns. Outstanding program, with a nice curriculum definition and its awesome execution. Elaboration and detail of the topics in a great way to create the best understanding of the audience. Overall Awesome experience! Counsellor connectivity and response were found excellent and prompt. She resolved all the matters quickly, overall deliverance was found excellent. Excellent experience of all Service Team specifically the Counsellor and in teaching the trainers too.
