The course was fantastic. The trainer is excellent, always willing to help and provide support. Ms. Sofia was a very supportive Counsellor and I would like to thank Michelle and all the Service Team for their support.

The way the course is conducted with the training materials makes it easy to understand and to memorize all the relevant information, and practising with sample files in Minitab is very helpful in learning how/which method to use to analyze data. Mr. Shashi teaching methods are great. Thank u Mr. Shashi and Mr. Gaurav provides good guidance. I liked the system outlined in the LSSGB course and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques.
