Initially I could not find time to attend classes, by as my Counsellor correctly pointed out by my counsellor Mr. Shashi's, style of teaching, practical examples, professional practical approach provided in during the sessions was great learning experience. Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily.
