I am one of the lucky ones that got the chance to attend the LSSBB Certification Course. The training was absolutely superb and I genuinely enjoyed each and every moment of it. The content was indeed challenging though extremely informative and incredibly useful. I have attended several trainings before but I can't recall any of them having such a strong impact. Mr. Shashi have done a wonderful job and I appreciate your efforts. You are truly a MASTER indeed. I would like also to thank Ms. Rose for her untiring during the whole process. The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. The hours I’ve spent working with Ma'am Akhter have been the most valuable of my life. & now I feel equipped to do things differently. The program, though short, is pack with necessary information to learn the fundamentals and the essentials of Lean Six Sigma and also helpful to acquire the LSSGB Certification. The Trainer on the other hand, is very approachable and know how to listen to the trainees as well. He is very generous in sharing what he can to help the trainees. Mr. Farhan is very supportive and respond as early as he can to every relevant queries.
