A very professional and good trainer gives practical examples. However, in the exam, there were quite many topics not covered during the lectures and in some cases, different terminology was used in the exam vs the trainer, so it is very clear, that additional sources need to be studied besides the notes from Mr. Shashi Prakash. Very professional, responsive and caring counsellor, only the best feedback for Ms. Amina Sana.

The trainer is perfect, very organized, very skilled in the material, has a charisma and giving practical examples, conveying information with simplicity, clarity information about every and all matters.
