LSSBB, Mr. Debasish, The Trainer was excellent, well informed, engaging, patient, in explaining his previous experience, teaching the programs, step by step. The programs is well prepared, organized and systematic. The methodologies are simple and easy to understand. So, I wish IMC continuous success in providing quality education. Miss ZEBA, and Miss Frexie are very friendly and supportive. Always send me information, schedule of the class, sending reminders, ahead of time. my grade to my councilors are EXCELLENT. Service Team are very friendly, i did not encounter difficulties, the service team will provide you what ever you requested as per the programs.

Mr. Shashi Prakash was a very nice trainer with excellent knowledge and great in terms of teaching by using good examples to understand the courses. Counsellor Miss Sitara Khan is very much polite, supportive and helpful. I am satisfied with the team always responding and being helpful.

The training modules were excellent and easy to learn. The instructor has done a great job in explaining topics in a concise and constructive manner. Appreciate the hard work put in by the IMC team.

Excellent delivery and style of teaching. The trainers command over the topics is very good and the way he handles all queries during and after the classes is admirable. Informative training from Ms. Akhter. Could use more examples and exercises for statistical analyses. Her expertise on the subject matter was apparent. She also was very eloquent and fluent in English.

The program and trainer is good. And Michelle has been extremely helpful and prompt in assisting. From ensuring all participants get up to date information to acknowledging and accommodating any last minute issues. Overall IMC staff is helpful and professional.
