I really enjoyed the Lean Six Sigma Master Class. The instructor (Mr. Pankaj) was fantastic, knowledgeable, and always willing and capable of helping. Mr. Vijil provide me with adequate support and guidance whenever required. Good Support from the Service Team.

It was a very knowledge sharing session. Happy to attend the Debasish sir session. Counsellor is very helpful to join the course and continuously follow up to attend the course and ask for feedback for every session. Really supportive. Good work Blessy. The LSSYB program was very informative. A lot of helpful principles and applicable learnings. The video was also crucial in ensuring that the learning was well understood. I attended the virtual class by Mr. Rohit and I can say that the training was good. I just wish that it had a more practical approach because there's just too much information. What I'm expecting was real-life application of the methods and tools. What are the problems they encountered as a six sigma practitioner and how were they able to solve problems using these methods. I want to know more of the practical/business side and what they did to help a business while using six sigma. It's easier to learn if you can relate yourself to these experiences instead of just teaching it the way academic teachers do. But Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable and it would be interesting to know his experiences on applying six sigma to his past projects. I am very sure that his students will learn a lot from these experiences. Ms. Zeba is great at assisting me from my queries to my academic needs. She's very helpful and understanding.

Mr.Pankaj are great, very polite, very helpful and always ready to help without delay, keep doing the great work. Service team keep doing the great work, from now onwards i will be a net promotor to IMC.

Program was perfect but there should be some minitab lectures to teach how to use it. trainers were good. i have taken classes from two trainers abhishek and shashi sir, both were excellent. It was good experience.
