Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise and for the support and guidance. Rose is very responsive to concerns and queries, and timely in providing assistance.

With the course we can improve the knowledge drastically & progress in career. The trainer Mr. Shashi is thoroughly professional & have effective skills to train effectively specially with more than 50 students & online mode he has done a great job. The program is well organized. The discussion made a significant impact to the learners as Mr. Shashi's insights that were driven from his experiences made it more interactive.
