It was very well designed with real scenarios and was intuitive. The Trainer Ms. Akhter Jahan Khan's presentation on the subject was marvellous. The program was good. The trainer is a real experienced Master Black Belt, who have completed LSS projects in their career. Shares actual examples on how the SS phases were done with tips on what to look out for. Zeba is amazing. She will work out a plan on how to get you onboard, and makes sure you are taken cared. I appreciate her frequent calls to check up on me on how the previous sessions went. She made sure that the program is worth every cent you paid for. She made sure you set up for success.

It was really very nice in terms of good faculty having a rich experience which can see his speech and briefing, interactive sessions, every topic with relevant examples, the opportunity for everyone to speak and briefing still everyone to satisfy.
