Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise and for the support and guidance. Rose is very responsive to concerns and queries, and timely in providing assistance.

I really want to appreciate and thank Pankaj sir and Shashi sir for being such wonderful teachers…. The way they were interacting with the students, the way of teaching, making the learning so interesting and explaining everything was excellent. Ms. Ruby my Counsellor has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. The counsellor was really helpful and guided me well about the program. The service team was excellent, they've always provided prompt responses whenever asked anything by email. I would definitely recommend IMC to my colleague to pursue Six Sigma or other courses. Thanks!!

Before this programme I was not a fan of online/ distance learning programs for lean education. IMC convinced me to a great extent and it was really a good program.
