I cannot thank you enough for the suggested reading and for thought provoking sessions. Aliya my counsellor was very welcoming and understanding. She did a great job of creating that space for me. I feel so affirmed while also being challenged I love my counsellor interpersonal style and her focus on strategizing practical ways to address and approach mental ruts and hardships in the future.
