The training course was so flexible that I can finish the tutorial at my own pace. The modules are comprehensive and easy to understand. The instructor knew what she was teaching and during the lecture, she gave us some real-world problems related to Lean Six Sigma. Hopefully, I can contribute to optimizing the operation of my work with LSS.

Since I started and completed the LSSGB under IMC, it didn’t stop me to continue the learnings and move forward. IMC offers extensive trainings that suit your needs. With the help of IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash I successfully completed the LSSBB (Black Belt) course that I can apply to my current role in manufacturing industry. The counsellor Ranjeet has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset. I haven't been able to put things into practice.
