The program is very informative through the detailed discussion of Mr. Sashi. I was able to have a clearer idea of lean six sigma backed up with examples which I can use in my future projects. He is very knowledgeable of the topics and enthusiastic about what he is discussing. He also entertains all questions from the class. The Service Team is very assistive in all of my concerns especially when I lose my access to this account before. Immediate assistance was provided to me.

The program was great as it equip us with the necessary knowledge that we need to prepare us in PMP Exam from PMI. I like the flexibility of the training program, it fits me well; and the uniqueness in teaching approach in each class makes IMC stand out of the competition. I attended two batches and I highly recommend that students to do the same. My first class was with sir Sashi, and I so love his passion for statistics and his whiteboard approach in teaching, very effective! My second class was with sir Debashish and his practical approach and classic training style complement the skills I gained from my first class. These two Masters are a perfect combo! To Rose Ann de Luna, she’s a pro! She addresses my concerns promptly and professionally. I know I am kinda annoying and demanding sometimes but Rose did manage my needs well. The course was very interesting and Mr. Shashi has been giving us lots of examples of the real world which helped me to extrapolate it to my industry, so big thanks to Mr. Shashi for his time and patience as lots of questions have been asked Thanks also to Surbhi training coordinator for being very helpful to land a hand when asked, so 5 starts to you Surbhi.

Lean Six Sigma has been my guiding principle in my engineering and manufacturing profession. I was trained by my mentors 8 years ago with LSS and practiced it then on during my employment. Getting this official certification for LSS Black Belt is an achievement and milestone and forever I will be grateful especially to my IMC Trainer. It was a struggle completing the course as I have job responsibilities and other milestones being started also. But IMC has been supportive and understanding. So after 3 months I am now Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Program is very clear to its objectives and class collaboration has been really effective. I also got my LSS Green Belt certification from IMC, so for me, it is continuous learning from the IMC Team. Farhan and Sofia are very supportive and understanding.
